After spending 5 months at CENTQUATRE in Paris and welcoming more than 60,000 visitors, the 120 years of Gaumont exhibition is continuing its journey.

It is traveling to Valence and will drop anchor at the Lux as part of the new “Viva Patrimoine” edition, which will take place from February 9 to March 17.

Curious visitors will be able to discover, free of charge, a retrospective on 120 years of cinema through posters, costumes and iconic objects owned by Gaumont.

Gaumont is also making a scene on the train

The unique campaign launched by SNCF Transilien and Gaumont, with the support of STIF, features cinema and culture plastered on the walls of two trains along line D.

Film posters, photographs of stars and cinematographic equipment have been placed inside two trains to provide a tour of the 7th art form.

A first train has already been running since mid-January, and the launch of the second is scheduled for the end of March 2016.

120 years of magic and dreams to discover for the next two years, between Creil and Melin, passing through the Stade de France, Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon or Châtelet-Les-Halles.
